After twenty -five years of working in Corporate roles, I decided I wanted to own and operate my own business. During my evaluation period, I developed ten business criteria and evaluated multiple business opportunities. I was looking for a business with a:

4) reasonably recession resistant business model

5) scalable and sustainable business over a long period of time

7) reasonably consistent and predictable cash flow

10) technology (i.e. CRM, Scheduling, Billing, etc.) and marketing (i.e.. SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc..) back-office support.

The UNITS brand checked all ten boxes for me, so I opened the Central Ohio market in January 2020.
